What happens in Session 1
Laying the foundation for your clearing
❶ Opening & intake
Jai creates a safe, grounded space and opens the session with presence. You'll share what's been sitting with you — what you're ready to release, what feels stuck, what this work means to you right now.
❷ Foundation building & energetic clearing
This session is about preparing the ground. Jai works with you to identify the emotional layers to be cleared across the program and begins the energetic process of loosening and releasing what's ready to move.
❸ Reiki healing & integration
Jai weaves Reiki throughout to support your nervous system and ground what comes up. Session 1 is powerful — you may feel emotional, lighter, tender or relieved. All of it is welcome and part of the process.
