REIKI DISTANCE HEALING

The uniqueness of Reiki is that we can also deliver distance healing. We arrange a time that works for us both for the session.
I recommend you find a quiet spot, grab a lovely cup of tea while you relax.
We do a card reading and then you rest as I perform the healing.
We then follow-up with a chat about what may have come up for you.

Reiki is love. Reiki is healing. Reiki is targeted.
You deserve time out for you, but sometimes our lives don't allow us loads of time to spend on ourselves. I developed this treatment for those who are a little time poor but still want a hands-on, in person experience.
We begin with a cup of tea, some breathwork and a chat, and then a blended traditional Reiki and chakra clearing.

REIKI RELAXATION RITUAL

This treatment combines Massage & Reiki. First, we sit and chat while your feet soak to relieve stress and to ground you - for those who would like I also offer a complimentary oracle card reading.
Then we move to the massage table, and you will receive an intuitive back, neck and shoulder massage - this is fully clothed.
This is to stabilise and centre you. Finally we perform the reiki healing which relaxes, realigns and de-stresses you, and helps your body rejuvenate and heal itself.

THE REMEMBERING SOUND HEALING

For eons, sound has been used to soothe the soul and heal the body, mind and spirit. In this new treatment, harmonic vibrations bathe you in sound that resonates deeply throughout your body and mind, slowing you down, encouraging deep relaxation, shifting energy blockages, and realigning you.
We will use a unique combination of different instruments from Cherokee style shamanic drum to Australian Indigenous Clap Sticks, Harmonic Chakra Energy Chimes, Koshi wind chimes, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls and even shakers.
Each experience will vary depending on what your body needs. We begin our ritual with a cup of tea and a chat, and then we immerse you in sound - all you have to do is relax and receive.

HOT & COLD STONE INTUITIVE MASSAGE

From deep in the earth, healing basalt stones are heated to help to increase circulation, relax tension from the muscles and provide a deep yet gentle massage. Basalt is a stone of strength, stability and courage.
We use marble stones that represent purity, clarity and positive focus, and these are cooled to promote vasoconstriction helping release tension and return the muscle to a relaxed state.
We begin by discussing your treatment, we may use other modalities during this session, and much consideration is given to your modesty.
